    1. System access fully restored

      Engineering has restored full access to the scheduling module. All system access is restored. We will not provide additional updates on this page

    2. Full system access will be restored shortly

      The engineering team has begun the work to restore access to the Scheduling Module and expects to be complete in the next 15-30 minutes. We will provide a final update at that time.

    3. Engineering continues to work on restoring Scheduling

      The engineering team continues to work to restore access to the Scheduling Module.

      Note that you can create visits from the patient's chart and navigating to their Visits tab and clicking Add Visit.

      All other functionality has been fully restored.

    4. Payer Filtering & Search Restored

      We have restored access to the payer search and filtering capabilities for all sites

    5. Adding exercise functionality has been restored

      We have restored the ability to search for and add exercises to the treat and flow tab for all sites

    6. Sidekick access restored

      Prompt Sidekick is now fully operational. Mobile Sidekick remains disabled.

    7. Production access restored

      All live customer sites have had their access restored to the system. Scheduling, Payer Search, Sidekick and adding exercises to the flowsheet remain disabled. We will be working to continue to restore those throughout the day and this evening and will provide updates on our status page, in the application, and through support channels throughout the day.

    8. Phased restoration nearing completion

      We expect to be completed with our phased restoration to all sites within the next 10-20 minutes. We have disabled Scheduling, Payer Search, Sidekick and adding exercises to flowsheets. We anticipate having all of that functionality restored by the end of this evening and will provide additional updates throughout the day.

    9. Phased restoration continues

      We are continuing our phased restoration and expect to be completed in the next 15-20 minutes with restoring all access. Once full access is restored, Scheduling, Payer Search and Sidekick will remain disabled. We expect resolution of those tools throughout the day and into this evening and will provide further updates throughout the day.
